Kloogaranna is a sandy beach about 45 minutes from Tallinn on Estonia's north coast. It is connected by its own railway branch line from nearby Klooga on the mainline so easily accessible from the capital. The branch line was opened in 1960 during the Soviet occupation to allow people to get to the beach more conveniently. Today the tiny settlement and its beach is served by 3 trains each way from Tallinn.   I explored a little of the beach and then walked all the way back to Klooga (3 kilometre walk) to get a train at an earlier time.  I notice that I spelt the location as 'Kloogarana' a few times during the video - should be spelt with a double 'n'. My bad! 00:10We made it now to find the beach.

00:16The Klugurana beach is busier than I expected.

00:21There's about 30 cars in the car park.

00:24The sound is nice.

00:27The sky is blue.

00:29So here's the beach.

00:31It's a little bit windy, but it's nice and warm.

00:34This is not the beach really, but this is close to the beach.

00:38Just shaking rooms there.

00:40People doing volleyball.

00:43Very nice.

00:45I call this Klugurana tower.

00:59I'm inside the weird tower here.

01:14I was going to try and get to the top.

01:18These stairs are fine.

02:30Here's the train station again, but there's no train for another two and a half hours.

02:38So, I'm going to try and walk down the road, down the path if there is one, to the next

02:47train station on the main line, which has a train in about an hour.

02:52I hope I don't get lost and eaten by tigers or lynx.

03:05It's the railway which runs between Kluger and Klugavanna.

03:22Well, I made it all the way to the train station.

03:43And it's just the railway here.

03:55I've got about 20 minutes to wait for my train.
