00:00The story of Biffy Hayworth Seif all started when I used to take clients to Biffy in London

00:05which is an amazing Argentine grill restaurant. I became very good friends there with the owner Jose

00:11and soon basically discovered that a lot of the clients that ate at Biffy in London also

00:17resided in Hayworth Seif which is our local town. It just coincided that a restaurant that we used

00:22to go to called Pascal's had been empty for some time and yeah just discussed with Jose

00:27would you be interested in us using the Biffy concept to introduce it to Hayworth Seif

00:32which you agreed upon. Obviously we were very lucky that Biffy in London has got a great background

00:37and amazing success stories so we were able to copy a lot of what they've done there. Also the main

00:43reason for them to do this is our son is a racing driver for Porsche UK. It just became a championship

00:48and we're looking at various ways to raise funds to aid him in his racing and we thought yeah let's

00:54open a restaurant. If it's half as successful as one in London that will produce a nice profit.

00:58Biffy can then sponsor Oscar to continue his racing career and look to challenge for the

01:03championship in Europe and that's how it came about. So Oscar had a very successful year last

01:08year racing for Porsche for a team called Team Park in the British Porsche Championship whereby he was

01:14on the podium 16 times out of 18. He won the championship being the youngest driver and also

01:20with the highest number of points. As a result we had various teams in Europe contact us to see if

01:25he'd be interested in racing the Yadak GT4 which is the biggest GT4 series that you can race in Europe

01:30where he's going to be racing against BMW, Mercedes and Aston Martin and he'll be racing for Porsche

01:36this year again and so far he's predicted to become one of the top rookie drivers for this year

01:41and yeah so far it's going very good.

01:43In regards to our food here at Beefy Hayward Seed all of our food is freshly produced okay nothing is

01:50reheated everything is made from scratch our meat is Argentine black label grass-fed as well which is

01:56the highest quality that you can actually obtain our chef believe it or not was once a chef for Sergio Aguera

02:02the famous footballer and has even been the caterer for the Gucci family and once cooked for the Pope as well.
