Four construction workers have been injured, two critically, after scaffolding collapsed at a worksite in central Taiwan.

00:20hospital. The exact cause of the collapse is unknown. Construction site accidents are not

00:25uncommon in Taiwan. Just last year, two people were killed when scaffolding collapsed at a factory in
