00:22Nais ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Magus Jr. na pabilisin ang transaksyon sa gobyerno

00:30lalo na sa mga mamumuhunan sa bansa.

00:33Bilang tugon, inilunsad ng Anti-Red Tape Authority ang Ease of Doing Business Reform Guidebook.

00:38Lumabas sa World Bank 2024 results ng Business Ready Report na nasa top 40%.

00:43Ibig sabihin, mababa yan pagdating sa implementasyon ng mga proyektong infrastruktura,

00:48batas at mga alituntunin sa ease of doing business ng bansa.

00:52Ang anti-Red Tape Authority, immediately after we were designated by the President

00:59as the focal agency to lead the implementation of the reform initiatives,

01:08nag-create po tayo ng mga technical working groups,

01:12kasama po yung lahat ng government agencies sa ka-private sector

01:16to address particular para ang objective natin mag-improve yung ating business ready report ranking

01:24para po umunlad yung mga ekonomiya natin,

01:28maikayat natin yung mga negosyante, investors na pumunta rito sa Pilipinas.

01:33Isa sa mga tinututukan ng reformang ito ay ang pagsawata sa fixers

01:37na pahirap sa mga nagtatransak sa government offices.

01:39Pag na-implement po itong guidebook na ito, ma-assure po ang ating taong bayan na yung services are streamlined and digitalized.

01:50At sa pamamagitan po nito, ma-avoid natin at totally ma-eliminate natin yung fixers na hindi dapat pinapahirapan ang taong bayan.

01:59Umaas ang arta na ang guidebook ay mag-aambag sa paglago ng ekonomiya.

02:03Nakapagsumiti na rin ng courtesy resignation sa Pangulo si Sekretary Perez.

02:07Pero siniguro niyang magpapatuloy ang operasyon ng ahensya.

02:10Following the directive of the President for cabinet members, cabinet rank officials

02:15to submit their courtesy resignation to realign government services,

02:23I submitted my courtesy resignation to the President and as I have said po,

02:30we serve at the pleasure of the President and we will continue to support,

02:35we will always support the President whatever it is.

02:39Kasabay na rin ng anibersaryo ng arta ay ipinabatid ng ahensya sa publiko

02:43ang kanilang mga nakamit sa pitong taong paninilbihan sa bayan.

02:46Wala po dahil patuloy tayo na maglilingkod hanggat hindi po tayo nakatanggap ng direktiba

02:53o hindi tayo nakatanggap ng kapalit, patuloy po tayo magsisilbi.

02:58At ito po, ngayong araw na ito, nilounce nga natin yung reform guidebook.

03:03Mameng hapon po, we will celebrate our anniversary at dito po ilalahan natin sa taong bayan

03:09yung mga komplisen sa Anti-Rentip Authority over the past seven years.
