00:45It is time for Block A competition in a band that you happen to be familiar yourself with

00:51when it comes to your action in Game Changer Wrestling. That's Ninja Mac.

01:46It has been a whirlwind of a tournament for the winningest Best of the Super Junior competitor in history.

02:06That being multiple-time tournament winner, Hiromu Takahashi.

02:11The most amount of in-ring time throughout this tournament goes to Hiromu Takahashi.

02:15One hour, 20 minutes, 17 seconds, but not that much to show for it, Nick, with only four points on the board.

02:23How many times has Hiromu won the Best of the Super Junior?

02:28That is a historic number for Hiromu Takahashi in Best of the Super Junior.

03:08He's gone absolutely internet sensational, but that hasn't followed with victory.

03:15And when we talk about Hiromu here, we talk about how much time he spent in the ring this tournament alone.

03:21You know, you're starting to wonder, how is his body feeling?

03:24You know, with all that in-ring time, you know, putting on these main event matches almost every night, you know,

03:29surely your body's got to be some type of damage.

03:31I mean, you know, if you could talk to us a little bit about that as we get into the Colorado Novo tie-up here,

03:35you know, how you're feeling personally.

03:37You have a very intense schedule.

03:39You had back-to-back Ring of Honor TV title defenses right before coming out here to Japan.

03:43And now you're in one of the most intense tournaments in the game.

03:46Most definitely, yes.

03:47Like you said, you know, schedule's staying busy.

03:48You know, I wouldn't want it any other way, though.

03:50So, currently five tournament matches into this tournament.

03:54Just had my seventh match, two non-tournament matches that I've competed in.

03:57And, you know, I'm definitely feeling it, but it doesn't knock off my mindset at all.

04:02I still want to win.

04:06Wow, you sit at the top of Block B currently at eight points.

04:09You're not going to be in tournament action until May 22nd.

04:12It is an all Block A night tonight.

04:14And it is Hiromu Takahashi that looks to really outpower Ninja Mac in the game.

04:20And if he can out-quick him, well, I'm not too certain.

04:24Oh, but D locked in right here just out of nowhere with Hiromu Takahashi.

04:29We saw that a little bit against Clark Connors just a few nights ago.

04:33What a war that was.

04:35And it is Hiromu Takahashi that's going to create a little bit of distance here.

04:45You know, Nick, I know it's your first time getting to tie it up with a lot of the wrestlers

04:50on the Japanese side of New Japan Pro Wrestling.

04:54Have you had any experiences with Hiromu in your past?

04:56Never, never.

04:57He was one of the ones that I wanted to get in there with.

04:59You know, I just, I always thought, well, hold on.

05:22were in the same block.

05:23You know, I always thought if I were to beat Hiromu, you know, someone who has won four

05:27best of super juniors tournaments, that would mean something really big for me.

05:30But unfortunately, you know, we are not in the same block this year.

05:33Maybe in coming years or maybe our paths will cross again in America or maybe here in

05:37New Japan, you know, but ultimately, I really want to share the ring with Hiromu.

05:40Well, potentially in the final of best of the super junior, we could be seeing Nick Wayne

05:44versus Hiromu Takahashi.

05:46But Hiromu has to beat Ninja Mac here tonight.

05:50Textbook.

05:51Textbook Hiromu.

05:52Yeah, I'll tell you right now, anyone from the A block, anyone who's got the most points,

05:55they'll be seeing me in the finals.

05:57That's the goal here.

06:00And as the points stand for four points here with Hiromu Takahashi and Ninja Mac, really

06:06in block A right now, Nick, I'm not sure if you've been keeping up with the block A side

06:09of things, but you're either on four points or six points walking into tonight.

06:13You're the only one in the tournament sitting on eight points, so you have that feather in

06:16the cap.

06:17But Hiromu and Ninja Mac have to set the distance between one another here tonight.

06:22A loss for one of these two men does not ensure elimination, but really the only way to win

06:27is on some sort of freak tie that we've never seen in best of the super junior before.

06:32So a loss here tonight may be as good as a mathematic elimination.

06:36But how many points do each man have?

06:38Four and four right now are Ninja Mac and Hiromu.

06:42Hiromu Takahashi has found wins over Kushida on night one.

06:52Clark Connors just the other night in his hometown in Hachioji.

15:05and there's no doubt about it ninja mac fought in this tournament like hell and when you face

15:20off against one of the big three in junior heavyweight wrestling in this company you are going to be

15:24putting yourself to task ninja mac met the goal just fell barely short of it absolutely and hiromo

15:30takahashi up to six points ninja mac coming up next may 24th we will be having block a competition

15:37return and it will be ninja mac taking on clark connor and meanwhile oh good lord it's going to be a

15:51difficult one in hiromo takahashi a junior heavyweight veteran one of the greatest ghc
