BNSF #2282 Leads Amtrak #516

This was a bit of a suprise, I was expected to see Amtrak #516 making a stop here in Kelso. But here it is, but instead of an NPCU, it was a BNSF GP38-2 leading.
It was meeting UP #5532 w/ empty Autoracks.
