00:00Hi, my name is Chef Chinon. I'm the chef partner at Naminori. Today we have our signature
00:09temaki kits. We wanted to create an experience where people could take the Naminori experience
00:13and do it at home. We have some proteins here, yellowtail, the red crab, salmon, scallop, and
00:19the green tuna. I think at home it's a little easier just to make it on the seaweed directly.
00:24There's a rough side here and a shiny side. You want to basically put the rice on the rough
00:29side because the outside is a little bit prettier. Here we can start by grabbing the rice. After
00:34the rice we're gonna put a little bit of wasabi. There's no right or wrong way to do it. You
00:39can add a little bit of spicy tuna and then our house-made spicy mayo drizzle as much as
00:44you want. You can add a little bit of scallions on there. You can add some texture. Make it
00:49into this crazy hand roll. You're gonna grab the edges here. Just bring it up and just enjoy.
00:54We're attempting it. I'm not gonna be as good as the chef, but I think I can do it pretty
00:59good. I paid attention.
