00:00So I've been playing Resident Evil 3 Remake and people have been telling me their opinion about it and their opinion is kind of like mixed.
00:13Like I've heard people really love this. They love that the Resident Evil reboot exists but they kind of keep on telling me that yeah it's not as good as the it's not as fateful to the original as well well freaking what's that word as freaking as Resident Evil 2 Remake was to Resident Evil 2.
00:43And it's kind of it's kind of it's kind of annoying like I've heard cut content which kind of annoys me. They change they make the characters more realistic like Dark Titan talked about how they kind of they kind of censored some of the characters.
01:03Well Capcom would say no we make them more realistic per se and stuff like that like that and stuff like that.
01:11Well I gotta say I played the Resident Evil 3 Remake and I don't think it's bad but I wonder why people are kind of like it's not really as good as the as just playing Resident Evil 3 well Nemesis
01:41But in many ways is Resident Evil 3 Remake is Resident Evil 3 Remake is a bad game.
01:46If you want my complete my completely honest opinion I don't I don't I don't think it's really a bad game.
01:55But it it it it it fails to live up to to Resident Evil 3 the original edition it it fails it fails it's like yeah it's the same idea I felt about the Ratchet & Clank Remake from 2016.
02:17Yeah it's the same idea it's not like yeah a remake is not always like the original but in some ways you can't go wrong with just sticking with the original like sometimes a remake can do justice sometimes it's just like what was the point what what was the godforsaken point why would you do this?
02:46It doesn't add anything or make it better like it it it it just it kind of feels like you just butchered something and that's how it is and in the honest opinion.
03:00So is Resident Evil 3 Remake bad?
03:06No I don't think it's really that bad but the cut content and other changes were like I'm I'm guessing they were going for more of a realistic tone and realistic things because the gameplay is just basically like Resident Evil 6 and Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 4.
03:26But you got to understand that the original Resident Evil 3 was tank controls and all that other stuff about the PlayStation 1 and Dreamcast Day so I can give Capcom some credit where credit is due.
03:40But I've heard that people like Resident Evil 6 and I've heard that people like Resident Evil 2 Remake more than Resident Evil 3 Remake plus the Resident Evil 3 Remake oh it has this godforsaken multiplayer that people going they don't like it.
03:56Like it like it like it like it like it like it like it kind of feels like when it came to the Resident Evil 3 Remake they they focused more on the aspect of having multiplayer because the original game never had multiplayer I think.
04:12That's how it is in many ways is that the original game never had multiplayer.
04:19So it's kind of a mixed bag I wonder why people are kind of not really happy about the Resident Evil 3 Remake.
04:28What inspired this was somebody saying oh you should like the Resident Evil 3 Remake.
04:34No I really don't like that when fandoms want to be like that.
04:41I mean I understand why people don't like something.
04:45Why do I understand that?
04:47Because yeah I understand that because that's how it is in many ways.
04:51I mean a remake is is for the fans or the it is basically remaking something for the fans and maybe the newcomers.
05:05Like basically the people that are actually talking negative about the Resident Evil 3 Remake are the ones that played the original game.
05:14So if you actually treat if you treat the Resident Evil 3 Remake as its own.
