00:13election. Nick Nazmi said that Nurul Iza Anwar, who is challenging Rafizi for the PKR deputy

00:19presidency, remained a crucial figure to the party, citing her popularity and appeal. However,

00:24he believed that Rafizi should be elected to a second term as Anwar's deputy at this particular

00:29juncture.

00:30I mean Nurul, she is very popular. I think she has that youthful appeal and what do you call

00:41that, she has a lot of admirers and all that in terms of her political support. But again,

00:51my point is that not that Nurul cannot be deputy president. My point is I think that at this

00:59point of time, Rafizi deserves to defend his position.

01:03Rafizi and Nurul Iza are in a one-on-one contest for the PKR deputy presidency, which Rafizi won

01:09in the 2022 party elections. Nurul Iza, who did not contest then, is currently an appointed

01:15party vice president. Nick Nazmi said that while there was a major contest for PKR's second-highest
