00:00Good news dahil bababang singil sa kuryente sa isang bahay na siniservisyohan ng Meralco o Manila Electric Company sa buwang ito ng Mayo.

00:09Ayon kay Meralco Vice President at Head of Corporate Communications, Joe Saldarillaga,

00:15bababa ng 150 pesos ang electric bill ng isang customer na kumukonsumo ng 200 kWh.

00:23Ang bawas singil sa kuryente ay bunsod ng pagbaba ng generation at transmission charges.

00:28Bumaba ang generation charge dahil sa mababang presyo ng kuryente mula sa mga independent power producer.

00:35Bumaba naman ang transmission charge dahil sa bumaba ang halagaan ng paghahatid ng kuryente ng mga local distributor sa mga bahay.
