00:03Yeah, we are, because any time you have an aircraft which has been owned by a different country
00:08and they're presenting it to you, it seems to me that the Greeks actually had something like that happen one time a long, long time ago
00:14and somebody happened to have brought a golden horse inside of a community.
00:20In this particular case, this aircraft is beautiful and it would be great if we could accept it,
00:25but security concerns are also there, so I think there's going to be more challenges to it than what it looks like to begin with.
00:32It's a very gracious offer on the part of the Qataris, and I understand the reason why the President would like to accept it,
00:39but I think getting it ready and getting it into a position to where it can be utilized by the President,
00:45that may be a bigger and a longer-term issue than what a lot of people would think.
