01:16We have the best equipment.

01:20Nobody has the planes or the missiles or anything else.
01:23And as your Commander-in-Chief, I'm here to say that America's military
01:28will soon be bigger, better, stronger, and more powerful than ever before.
01:32We just did a budget.
01:35The budget was the highest by far.
01:37Over a trillion dollars, it's a lot.
01:39It's a lot of stuff, and hopefully it's peace through strength.
01:42Hopefully you don't have to use it, because if you use it, I feel sorry for the other guy,

01:51I want to recognize a true warrior, and that's our Secretary of Defense.
