The GRAK has soft launched today at 99 Gloucester Road in Bishopston, at the former site of The Gloucester Road Ale House & Kitchen and The Foresters.
The pub, described as ‘stubbornly independent’, has undergone significant renovations, including the installation of a fully equipped commercial kitchen.
The GRAK aims to be sustainable and have a low carbon footprint, which is why it will be offering a range of local products, including drinks from the Bristol Brewery and Bristol Cider Company, and use fresh, seasonal produce in its menu.
