00:00It's really good to see so many people are working here at the 11th edition of the Team Holmest.
00:07I'm most excited to see all of the teams again today. I've been working them for months now.
00:12I get to know each one of them a little bit more and it's great to see them grow into their projects.
00:17They can transform their ideas into real life impact, connect with partners from the ecosystem
00:22with the pitches they have in their classrooms and afterwards get more in-depth conversations
00:27during the networking event. The most important thing that I've learned so far during the contest was
00:34that you don't need to be very nervous for your pitches. For example the first pitch I was very
00:38nervous very worried and I discovered that all people are just there to help you to give you
00:42valuable feedback and not necessarily criticizing you. I think the most important thing I've learned
00:48so far is definitely how much cooperation interaction with other teams also mentors can help benefit a
00:55project. We spoke to a student team that talks about a specific problem that we have internally
01:01within our company as well and there's sort of a missing link within our company and that student
01:06team actually provides for that issue. So something that arose from this evening today is that we will
01:11invite them to our company and talk about the problem, how they solve it, how we solve it and see
01:15if we can assist each other in some type of way. I think it will help us most when looking at production
01:23methods because we had no idea on how to make our product. Now we have some connections there. It's
01:30also just really helpful in discovering experts and people who are knowledgeable about subjects. Those
01:35kind of people can really help you furthering your projects and your products and it's just a really
01:41an experience talking with them.
