Woman and Her Dog Comfort Each Other Through Side-By-Side Cancer Battles

Erin Lavery, from Scotland, was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and thanked her loyal dog, Murph, for comforting her through the hardest days of chemotherapy. While Murph raised Erin’s spirits, his own battle with cancer quietly got worse. Erin eventually rang the bell to mark her remission - but sadness followed, as Murph’s health deteriorated and he passed away.
