00:12Dail Nut Week. So my students are making hundreds of dail nuts this week. We're making them from

00:17scratch and we're producing the dail first of all, scaling them well, weighing them, deep frying

00:24them and we've got many varieties here. We've got winged dail nuts and jam dail nuts and they're

00:35pretty delicious.
