00:13We have been clear with European partners that we want to see a ceasefire and an enduring peace.

00:22You know, since we last met in this format in Madrid, there have been 1,500 casualties in Ukraine.

00:36And last month was the deadliest month for children who had lost their lives.

00:43This is the time for Vladimir Putin to get serious about peace in Europe, to get serious about a ceasefire and to get serious about talks.
