01:10we had lack of pace we do we have to do so much better and for me the biggest concern is the

01:18feeling that is okay and we cannot change our position so much so it's okay and that is the

01:25the biggest problem in our club in this moment because we are losing the feeling of we are a

01:30massive club and it is the end of the world to lose a game at home so I think that is the biggest concern

01:36in our club you are in 16th place now more likely that you could even be in 17th I think

01:55I was supposed to feel a manager of Manchester United in that position embarrassed and it's hard to

02:02accept and I think everybody has to think seriously about a lot of things here so everybody is thinking

02:09about the final the final is not the issue in this moment in our club we have bigger bigger things

02:14to think and we have to change uh a lot of things in the in the end of the season

02:20I don't want to talk about specific players he's a team thing when he's a team thing

02:50is a manager thing so we will try to address that that is it has to be with a lack of um urgency to

02:59defend the box and to attack the box yeah yeah I think it's not the is the is a feeling I will not

03:09talk about culture because we are talking about this in this moment but um it's it's a feeling that is

03:17the most dangerous feeling that we have in the in the big club so you've been here for quite a few

03:23months now are you shocked surprised saddened the thing you're talking about like urgency which seems to

03:32be quite fundamental to playing high level football you've not been able to drive that out yeah I think

03:39I think if you if you of course it's a different competition but in Europa League we don't play quite

03:46well but we have a little bit that urgency we cannot lose the games we have to win it we we manage to

03:52find a way to win the games to take uh if Atleti Bilbao has a scent off we take advantage of that we are so

03:59focused and you see these games in Premier League you know sometimes we are not focused and we don't have

04:04that feeling that we need to win to go to the next stage like we have in Europa League so it's something

04:09that is mentally um you know what it looks like it's hard to to explain that and um yeah we need

04:20that feeling I have that feeling that there is that that lack of urgency in everything we do um

04:27so it's it's a big concern

04:41I think they are they are doing it's hard to say something about our fans and everybody

04:48because it's uh there is no explanation no no matter what the context and I'm talking here I'm the the

04:54the biggest responsible for that so we need to do we need to change um a lot of things doing

05:01I don't know and I don't want to talk about the players I'm talking about myself and the culture in

05:23the club in the culture in the team uh I have that feeling we need to change that and we need to be

05:28really strong in the summer and to be brave uh because uh we will not have a next season like

05:36this if we if we start like this or if the feeling is still here we should give the space to different

06:01to be honest with you I'm not concerned about the final I it's not it's by far the smallest problem in

06:09our club we need to change something that is deeper than this and if we we are showing that in the

06:16end of this in the end of this season that we are not the playing premier league in champions league

06:21for us is the moon so we need to um to know that and uh so I'm not I'm not concerned about the final

06:30they will be focused and I don't know what is best if he's playing champions league or not

06:35so let's let's think about Chelsea to to improve a lot of things

06:50no we are going to be prepared for Chelsea and we have time to train and we have time to prepare
