00:56Eyes bulging out of their heads because they are so bereft of

01:02any nutrition water or medicine

01:07And as they die if they're anywhere near the border fence in Gaza

01:14They can look across that fence

01:17And they can see

01:20Food water medicine in plenty

01:23It's a deliberate act of using starvation of children as an act of war by Israel

01:31It is disgraceful and disgusting

01:33Our support has to be that the Palestinian people should be able to live in peace and justice

01:41New generation into political and trade union activity

01:47And what she's asked me to point out is, and Lindsay's going to talk about this a bit more

01:53That it's now formed itself into national women's action for positive change

01:59That's a legacy of the women against hate closures

02:02After the 40th anniversary of the minus one

02:04The idea is to inspire, empower and educate women to become more active as organisers

02:14If we don't ensure that the entirety of our movement is active and involved

02:20Then we're weakening ourselves and weakening opportunities for the future

02:24So if you want to join this organisation, I hope you do

02:27Then do it in the memory of Anne Scargill and so many others that gave so much

02:32But do it to make sure the next generation

02:35Who caused the wars in the first place

02:37The governments, the imperialists and the arms country

02:40So, just to conclude, I'd like to say this

02:43When we try to protest and demonstrate

02:46They try to repress us

02:48This is what they did to the miners

02:50People here know better than me

02:52The repression that went on in the pit villages 40 years ago

02:56They know the surveillance and it will be much, much worse surveillance now

03:01With all the equipment that they have

03:03We know that they used everything in their power to defeat the miners

03:08But we are still here and we are still fighting 40 years on

03:13And that is the important thing

03:15And with the Palestine movement, they have tried to repress us from word one

03:19From day one

03:20They've said we're hate marches

03:22They say we're anti-Semitic

03:24These are complete lies

03:26They are complete lies

03:28But they still do it

03:29And on a demonstration in January

03:32They arrested the head of the Palestine Solidarity Campaign

03:35And our Stop the Wars Chief Steward, Chris Ninam

03:39They were being caught in July

03:41And we hope everyone will send them solidarity

03:44And show them support
