00:11K. Michael Moore ruled that the plaintiffs failed to show the stars had sufficient knowledge of
00:15FTX's fraud or intent to deceive. Declared defendants like Tom Brady, Stephen Curry,
00:20Kevin O'Leary, Larry Davin, and others of federal advertising and civil conspiracy claims.
00:25The court also dismissed nearly all claims against YouTube influencers
00:28who allegedly promoted FTX. Two claims related to state securities law violations
00:33in Florida and Oklahoma remain active.
