00:20flavor to my water. Number two cold showers. It only takes a few minutes and okay at the beginning
00:26it can be really challenging and even a bit painful but it has so many benefits and it's so
00:32worth it. And last but not least number three eat the rainbow which means add more fruits and
00:36vegetables to your meals.
