00:30It's a 4.3 megawatt solar canopy rooftop coupled with a 2 megawatt battery storage system

00:38which can generate over 4 million kilowatt hours a year which will be enough electricity

00:44to power over 1,300 three bedroom houses.

00:48I'm really excited to be here. It's a project that's been going on for five years.

00:52So to see the results here today, the canopies in the background,

00:56working on the roof, we have a solar panel system as well.

01:00To be able to go off grid, to make this area an even better area to work and visit as well is fantastic.

01:07It's what we're trying to do as a council is be greener, make places a better place to live in

01:13and I just think it's a fantastic job that's happened here.
