00:00My name is Tina Nash. I live in Cornwall and I'm a survivor from domestic violence.
00:07I'm having massive concerns at the moment. The perpetrator that did this to me gouged out my eyes.
00:12He has one to be released to CAT D open prison conditions. I really wasn't expecting this
00:18considering it was only two years ago that he was in max A category prison. It feels like he's
00:23gone straight from max A to CAT D and I don't know how he's done this and yeah I'm very concerned.
00:30and I would like this to be looked at and to be reassessed because I do believe that this man
00:35is a psychopath. I've been working with a behavioural expert who also believes that he is a psychopath
00:42and she also believes like I do that he has not been assessed for psychopathy and psychopaths
00:49cannot be reformed. I'd like someone to take a look at this again please. I've had a GoFundMe page set up
00:55to help secure up my house for when this man is getting released. Basically I'm going to have
01:02cameras put up all around my house and inside my house and also alarm systems. You know I'm also
01:08looking to buy some smart glasses to help like things that people take for granted like reading
01:13their post or reading a menu from a restaurant or you know picking an item of clothing out of my
01:22wardrobe to see what colour it is. Even just like adaptions around my house like a talking
01:27washing machine so that I can actually put my washing on myself or a cooker that talks to me
01:33so that I can actually start cooking again. So that's what I intend to do with that money. I'm so
01:38grateful to everybody that has helped me because I'd be feeling very very unsafe right now.
01:45What I'm expecting or hoping is for the Ministry of Justice to get back to me because I still haven't
01:51heard anything back yet to see if they will put this man back to be reassessed for psychopathy.
01:58That is what I'm hoping for because they're basically letting a psychopath loose on the streets
02:04and someone else is seriously going to get hurt and that is exactly why I'm speaking out. He might even
02:08come for me, hopefully not but you know if he does then there's nothing really much I can do about it
02:14apart from just secure up my house. But I'm scared that he's going to hurt somebody else.
02:19I've also set up a petition for don't release Shane Jenkin. It's change.org. If anyone could please
02:27sign and share that petition I would be extremely grateful because the more signatures we get the
02:33more that the justice system has to take accountability and hopefully we can get this re-looked at.
