00:04what's coming up in the week ahead. The Terminally Ill Adults End of Life Bill will return to the

00:11House of Commons on May 16th for its report stage, which is expected to see MPs vote on

00:18further amendments. Labour's Kim Ledbetter, the MP for Spam Valley, is the MP behind the proposed law

00:25to legalise assisted dying in England and Wales. She delayed this latest debate to give colleagues

00:30more time to consider changes made to the bill at the earlier committee stage. Also this week,

00:3826 countries will be competing to be named the winner of the 69th Eurovision Song Contest. The UK

00:45is one of the big five countries which automatically gains access to the grand final, but there'll also

00:51be two semi-finals taking place during the week to see which other countries will be joining the grand

00:59finale on Saturday. The UK entry, Remember Monday, will be among the acts that are taken to the stage

01:07with their entry song What the Hell Just Happened and the trio are the first all-female group to represent

01:13the UK since 1999. More locally, there is the Environmental and Arts Festival Big Ideas by the Sea,

01:23which is returning to Scarborough this week starting on May 16th. It includes talks from historians,

01:31a big dig community archaeology project, storytelling and a big day out at Scarborough Castle. Also along the

01:38coast this weekend is the Bridlington Kite Festival which is returning for a 10th anniversary special

01:44on the 17th and 18th of May and some of the world's largest inflatable kites will be taken to the skies

01:50above the cliffs with creations including flying frogs, snakes, lizards and teddy bears. That's it from me.
