00:10I love that. Taking the gown.

00:11Because you got the pants underneath it, yes.

00:13You know, pretty much just wanted to inhabit the tailoring,

00:15but also the history of black culture,

00:17fashion as a tool to enter spaces that often were not allowed.

00:20So that's why I wanted to take the inspiration of Dorothy Dandridge,

00:23all the doors that she'd opened for us with fashion and beauty.

00:26So, yeah.

00:27It looks incredible.

00:30You look absolutely incredible.

00:31So, after being to a couple Mets, what do you still look forward to on a night like tonight?

00:35Everybody's interpretation of the theme.

00:37It's always different.

00:38Everybody's going here, there, and everywhere in between.

00:41So I love seeing how people bring their artistry to it.

00:45So, what's next for you?

00:46Because I feel like you're always working.

00:49I'm like, I could never complain about working too much.

00:51I just see you and I'm like, I just can't say anything about working too much.

01:02So I'm working on The Burbs right now with Brian Grazer over at Universal.

01:06But then also I have my album coming out June 20th.
