01:28next-gen tech and infrastructure it's supported by the naad and nah it'll have to go through the senate
01:36now uh lead version 5 is live uh the green building council regs are up and running as of day on the
01:45tariff tractor side of things the united states senate has decided to protect the executive

06:24thing it's a good thing i promise uh signify has formed a smart lighting partnership uh with
06:31cornerstone and dense air they will be working on lighting signaling monitoring and other features
06:36in oxford in the uk that's right a university that predates the aztec empire will have a smart city
06:44project uh singapore has patented a signal embedded power line that's right this is this is signal
06:54over grid as opposed to power over ethernet flip that we have power and real-time communication
07:01on why one high capacity line ucla has partnered with place os uh with a smart campus project
07:09or a series of smart campus projects to roll out over the next three years palm springs florida is testing
07:16a new smart playground specifically in the desert highland park uh just for lighting for now daisy is
07:23expanding into colorado with a new branch for the smart home service company we have smart beds for
07:28athletes uh akendiz university in turkey has built a rfid mattress to help manage sleep disorders and
07:37other issues for athletes going into the olympics google is ending support for early nests if you are like
07:45me and maybe bought a house with a first or second gen uh google nest thermostat it's only going to work on
07:52manual controls now great great great great great uh on the r&d side of things we have a new color
08:02okay there's a lot of new colors but uc berkeley has codified a really specific shade of bluish greenish
08:11called olo which they use to help demonstrate key elements of human color perception it might help us
08:19down the road in a number of factors we also have new research from switzerland that balances energy
08:25and user comfort we have on the dark side of things alan being linked with alzheimer's symptoms we have
08:31better sleep improving diabetes symptoms we have adhd being linked with sleep issues we have poor sleep
08:38being linked with depression we have a vr study from korea correlating feelings of safety with uh
08:46what lights are where and in fact like interior lighting at the ground level improves that feeling of
08:54safety which is interesting light pollution has been found to harm uh flat oysters dark sky international
09:02has outlined the principles of responsible astrophotography they've also announced the return
09:09of the capture the dark astrophotography contest if that's a thing that interests you
09:15ongoing tensions between china and the u.s threaten a new observatory that would be built in chile
09:22adirondack new york is seeking dark sky international recognition for their work in their exterior lighting
09:29cleveland heights ohio will be swapping street lights for warmer options we're actually sleeping

10:06is going dark for migration season let it yet again fort worth texas is beginning a bird safety

13:15and mount washington ohio is adding rgb uplights to a water tower internationally light planet is entering
13:24the australian market gamma lighting is moving some of their production to the uk signify is adding solar
13:30lighting to uh the karnataka province of india we have new grants for efficiency in northern ireland
13:38and the uk government has condemned the use of tungsten base lighting in the jersey opera house
13:43renovation in people news yavor kolarov has been named ceo at ico sls is moving three staffers to
13:52ownership role roles ownership roles uh chris collins has been named the senior vp of digital
14:01buildings at schneider electric and we have a recap of people moves from inside lighting in things you

14:14for hyperpigmentation and melasma in things that are interested to me fratgers university has spotted a
14:21100 light year wide fluorescent glow cloud that is only 300 light years away from earth all hail the glow
