00:22Catherine McIntosh are also present at the signing. Once ratified by the Philippine Senate,

00:27the deal will allow the militaries of the two countries to work closer.

00:31A status of Visiting Forces Agreement makes it easier to send troops to each other's countries

00:36for training and joint exercises. The Philippines now has military agreements with four countries,

00:42New Zealand, the United States, Australia, and Japan.
