00:32Last month's agreement made the Philippines the 13th country to join the alliance,
00:37which seeks to safeguard the entire technology supply chain from data infrastructure and semiconductors
00:43to critical minerals and advanced manufacturing.
00:47Founding members when the alliance was first formed last year included Australia, Japan, South Korea, the U.K. and Singapore.
