00:40factor all that in but also I have a huge amount of empathy for the council I think

00:46they've got a difficult job in difficult times you know certainly with the lack of

00:51central government funding it could build more suitable high-rise buildings I'm not

00:57talking about skyscrapers or anything like that I'm just talking about there's

01:02lots of places now that are empty within Sheffield City Centre and other city

01:08centres offices that you often see offices for rent that have been for him for a

01:14very very long time you know so many square meters you'll see it advertised on

01:18boards why not be able to use them as accommodation if less people are working

01:23in offices and more people are working from home for example why not utilize

01:27those offices instead and think about more other options of vacant buildings if

01:37the councils do have compulsory purchase powers then maybe they should be brought

01:44into force thing to be able to buy those places in order to make them into

01:47accommodation
