The powerful storm brought down trees and power lines in State College, Pennsylvania, on April 29. The airport in State College clocked a gust of 62 mph, but other weather stations across the region measured winds of 70-80 mph.

00:15all of these people are stuck in their vehicles i probably actually shouldn't even be under these
00:25power lines but they're all stuck in their vehicles um and they can't get out and the police have told
00:33them that other areas are worse so they're um focusing on the other areas while all these people
00:42are just stuck sitting in cars with power lines draped over them the woman in the car
00:51up there said it just crashed right in front of her and then this one ripped down right behind her
01:02and she was terrified and she tried to call 911 couldn't get through and the wind was shaking
01:09her car and now she's stuck in there wild our power is out they say it won't be on
01:19until at least 10 30 o'clock tonight but i just don't even think we're gonna have power for a while
