00:00I've already proudly imposed a 25 percent tariff

00:04on all foreign automobiles.

00:06Any foreign car like they do, Tom.

00:11This is going to create more jobs in this state,

00:14in this country.

00:16And to help these automakers bring their factories home

00:19as rapidly as possible, I've just signed an executive order

00:22to give partial tariff rebates to any company

00:26that assembles its cars right here in the U.S.

00:28In other words, in other words, if they can't make it in time

00:33because they have to do it here, otherwise they haven't.

00:36I'm giving them a little bit of a break, right?

00:38They took in parts from all over the world.

00:40I don't want that.

00:41I want them to make their parts here.

00:43But I gave them a little bit of time.

00:45It's 15 percent and then 10 percent of the parts.

00:48So it's not so bad.

00:50Somebody would say, oh, well, that's a change in parts.

00:52It's not. It's called a little flexibility.

00:54The guys were crying. They love it. Everything is good.

00:57But just in case we can't get everything in time,

01:00we gave them a little bit.

01:01So it's 15 percent of the parts,

01:03and then it's 10 percent of the parts.

01:05We give them a little time before we slaughter them

01:07if they don't do this. Right.

01:10They're going to make so much money.

01:12They're going to have so many jobs.
