00:00On the 16th of March 2024, around about 11 o'clock in the morning, a dog walker found the

00:10lifeless body of Michael in the park and at that point West Midlands Police launched a murder

00:15investigation. As a result of that investigation, six miles were traced to addresses in Aston

00:35and arrested. During the investigation we established that some of the males involved in the assault

00:59and also responsible for an attempted robbery at Walsall train station. Officers working

01:05with our colleagues at British Transport Police carried on some enquiries where we identified

01:10some CCTV which has been absolutely critical in the convictions today. Our thoughts are

01:16with the family and friends of Michael. His murder has left a massive hole in the family,

01:22he's left a son behind and a family that miss him dearly.
