01:23I think once again, this is a testimony of how we think, how bullish we think the air cargo business will be in India, particularly in Bangalore.
01:45And that's why we think there's a need for such infrastructure to be built to support the industry.
01:50Because we really want to do seamless handling for the cargo shippers, forwarders, integrators.
01:57And it is facilities like this, internationally known, that we need to have them here to support the air cargo industry in India.
02:05Essentially what's going to happen is our most important priority is to have the cargo terminal operations first, up and running.
02:12So that's in progress. We have already started building and we should be completing it soon, well in advance for the opening of NOIDA.
02:20Next will obviously be the IWZ, the multimodal facility, similar like this.
02:26But we will be trying to connect both the CTO operations together with the integrated cargo, what they call that, IWZ or cargo logistic park together.
02:35So that may happen as soon as we start operations out of NOIDA.

03:47In fact, they are asking for more space.
03:49And we do have multiple small players as well looking out.

03:54So how is the possibility to expand it here?
03:56Because you think that people are asking for bigger places.
03:58So is it possible to expand it here on itself?
04:01Well, there are multiple ways of doing it.
04:04One is like we also have 11,000 square feet of bonded house space where there's a possibility of expanding it vertically.
04:11So we can create more capacity in that sense.
04:13Here, as I said, we also have common user spaces within this modern warehouse where people use it on a paper use basis.
04:20So depending on how fast the cargo moves, you can have more tonnage processed through this warehouse as well.
04:26If we are going to be brimming at the top and we need more space, that's where Bial comes in.
04:31Bial also mentioned they have expansion plans for more logistic space within these parameters.
