Congress’ 'Gayab' X Post Sparks Row: Shehzad Poonawala calls Congress ‘Pakistan Prastha Party’

New Delhi, April 29, 2025 (ANI): Bhartiya Janta Party’s spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla slammed Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge and other Congress Party leaders on Pahalgam terror attack. On Opposition Demands Special Session of Parliament Over Pahalgam Terror Attack, he said, “Mallikarjun Kharge should first tell what is the collective resolution of the Congress party on the Pahalgam terror attack. On one hand, in the all party meeting, the Congress party says that we are with the government, take the strictest action, and on the other hand, their leader Siddaramaiah said that there should be no action against Pakistan... Their other leaders shift the blame from Pakistan to India, some of their leaders are trying to prove the victims as liars...Mallikarjun Kharge should first tell what is the collective stand of Congress..."Further on Congress’s ‘Gayab’ post, he said, “It is now clear that the Congress party has become 'PPP-Pakistan Prastha Party'. Not only do both have the same script, but their work and culture have also become the same...Congress gave a clean chit to Pakistan in 26/11, in Pulwama, and now they are giving in Pahalgam too..."
