00:00A lot of times, wisdom is about more than merely discerning which path to choose. It requires a
00:09keen understanding of human behavior. Take, for example, the case that came before King Solomon
00:16one day. Two women stood with a single baby. Both women had just given birth, and both claimed the
00:23baby was theirs. Tragically, one of the mothers had rolled over in the night and killed her son.
00:30But Solomon didn't know which woman was the boy's mother, so he came up with a plan. Knowing that a
00:36mother would never want to see harm done to her child, he ordered the child be cut in two so that
00:42each woman could receive half a baby. Gruesome as that was, both women responded differently.
00:48One woman pleaded for Solomon to give the child to the other woman, while the other accepted the
00:54king's murderous ruling. Instantly, the king knew who the boy's real mother was. Jesus said that his
01:01followers should strive to be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves. The innocent as doves
01:08part makes a lot of sense, but sometimes we struggle to be as shrewd as snakes. When faced with a dilemma,
01:16we must always ask, what outcome will please God? And then do everything we can to get there.
01:23Solomon knew the right thing was to reunite the boy with his mother, and that one of the women was
01:29lying. So, he did what was necessary to bring light into the darkness.
01:34Solomon knew the wrong place.
01:35Solomon knew the last time of the woman. And then do everything that she would have been
01:38asleep. And then do everything. Look at the moment, it will be as little as it was in the
01:39house. And then, the man could say, when the child was not recalculated to be the
01:40lady, the man could give the man to aan a journey. And then he said, we're actually
01:42going to let him call him. And then we might have this.
01:44He did what we can to keep him up with him, and there's going to understand.
01:45He had he was going to be the right thing. He didn't want to die.
01:46And he said, when the man could give him a story. And he's not
01:47going to do that. He didn't want to do anything. He didn't want to
01:49that I didn't want to make him, because he didn't want to be a
