00:24In addition, citizens of Portugal, Andorra and parts of France bordering Spain were also

00:29reporting being hit by the blackout as further outages have been reported as far as Belgium.

00:34The country's managing electric network company informed that replacement plants were activated

00:39to recover the supply generation and that causes are being investigated.
