00:37When you hear a judge in San Francisco or a judge in San Diego does nationwide injunctions.

00:44Having to do with the whole country sitting behind a bench, a local bench,

00:50even though in some cases, in many cases, they're a federal judge.

00:54A judge can close down. We should close down sanctuary cities.

00:58We shouldn't have sanctuary cities. And we'll see how that turns out.
