00:00Welcome back to Cesar English. We continue to bring you the latest in Venezuela.
00:07Venezuelans are participating nationwide in the second public consultation this year
00:12in order to elect their communal projects to benefit their communities.
00:15On Sunday's election, thousands of people will vote for their most needed communal proposals to be enforced.
00:22The most voted projects will be financed by the national government and executed by the community,
00:27while the second most voted will be sourced by the state government.
00:32In this context, the National Electoral Council informed having activated 5,718 voting centers nationwide
00:40and over 7,400 polling stations.
00:50So a very important day for Popular Power in Venezuela with the second public consultation already underway.
00:56Let's hear now from our correspondent, Bruno Falsi, who is on the ground.
01:01We found ourselves in the first school of music of Venezuela, in the Comuna Catedral,
01:07in the center of the city of Caracas, where people are voting in the historical process
01:13of this participative democracy of the revolutionary Bolivarian of Venezuela.
01:20As you can see, everything is passing with absolutely normality,
01:26and it's the first time that people here are voting in this electoral process.
01:32Between the seven projects that are debated in this community,
01:37we can find the implementation of infrastructure in the buildings of the community,
01:42and access for Internet for all the population.
01:46It's expected a significant growth in the number of electors.
