Chelsea Manning Responds To Death Penalty Sought By Luigi Mangione's Prosecutors

After Luigi Mangione's arraignment on Friday, activist Chelsea Manning spoke outside of the courthouse to reporters.

00:15How do you feel about them wanting to give them a death penalty?

00:19It's good, it's good.

00:21Obviously they weren't going to do that until this case was highly politicized.

00:25I'm a supporter of the justice system being done in a fair manner and I feel it was important

00:32for me to witness that, to observe that, and now I understand why.
