00:00three games tonight in the Stanley Cup playoffs and as I mentioned at the top you have three

00:05teams all with a similar situation all lost the first two games on the road they are going home

00:11for a game three they are looking to get this series back going in another direction that is

00:17Montreal coming home against Washington it is the Devils coming home against Carolina and the

00:22Edmonton Oilers coming home against Los Angeles now this was one of my favorite plays for the

00:27first round I love the Kings I thought this was finally the time they've lost to Edmonton three

00:32years in a row in the playoffs they were going to get him and it's honestly sometimes this does

00:37happen it has played out exactly I thought now that I think the Kings would score six goals a game

00:41not particularly uh I didn't think that Skinner would be that bad uh but he has been uh and it's

00:48helped and now they go to Edmonton up to oh uh kind of similar for me like the Tampa and Florida

00:55series here I don't think that this is a series where Edmonton's just going to shut the doors and

01:01say good night uh and be out of here in four games but I also don't think that they're gonna beat the

01:06Kings four out of five not with the way the Kings are playing right now this is a different King team

01:10from the past few years that Edmonton has beaten there's a lot more physicality there's a lot more

01:15edge uh there's a little bit more scoring as well to this team and that's why they're in the position

01:20that they're in right now and I think that Edmonton is just they they're just they don't have enough

01:25I think they went too long with too many injuries but McDavid and Dreisaitl I think will get them

01:30another couple of games and keep this thing going I think that Montreal is going to have a lot of

01:35juice tonight also uh when you look at this game here with Washington being a very slight favorite

01:40tonight minus a buck 20 even money for the Habs as they are at home first home game since I believe

01:472018 playoff home game for Montreal since 2018 where they will have a full crowd rowdy rabid fan base

01:55of course those games that they hosted you know they only had you know 10 capacity back during COVID

02:00they get the full run tonight and they have been tough in this series this has not been easy for

02:06Washington over the first couple of games minus 1250 for the series plus 740 I'd forget about all of

02:12that Montreal is not going to win this series but are they going to have a moment here

02:16at home tonight very very possible now as I tried to give some glimmer of hope to

02:22some of these other teams I really can't give as much to the devils sorry to all the devil faithful

02:29out there and I don't like Carolina going forward I've seen the Stanley Cup boards this morning

02:35where Carolina's favorite or co-favorite depending upon what book you're looking at and there it is

02:41right there we got them favorites up on our board just them in Florida with Winnipeg,

02:45Dallas and Toronto sitting there I don't see it still I think that this was a nice gift that

02:52they got nothing against the devils they're down a couple defensemen again tonight they haven't had

02:56Hughes this is just a bad spot all around this was a nice bully spot for Carolina in the first round

03:03I know that Carolina has not been a good road team this year but I think they get out of New

03:07Jersey here this weekend with at least one game go home 3-1 and the gentleman sweep will be in order for that
