00:00When COVID came along, especially when we were only allowed to have eight people at a funeral service, there was this need to be able to watch it in real time.
00:10And so live streaming became very popular at that stage and has really progressed since then.
00:15Because before live streaming, it was kind of, I think Skype was the main thing that people used.
00:20But Skype was very limited as to what it could actually do.
00:23So when live streaming came along, it opened it up for everyone to be able to watch and see and participate and watch it in that real time sort of thing.
00:34So I think that that's the main thing.
00:36And so now probably 90, 95% of my services are now live streams.
00:41We have companies that do a wonderful job of live streaming.
00:44They'll set up multiple camera angles and they then edit it at the end and they'll embed photo montages and things like that.
00:52It becomes quite a production, but it just is really beautiful for people that can't actually make the service.
