00:22dollars on the race itself which is up from 189 million dollars the year before and if you include
00:29all 14 races that happen on derby day it's about 320 million dollars in handle so it's a lot of
00:35volume in a short amount of time and it's a big deal for sports books even though racing is more niche
00:40it does help them attract a lot of people to download their standalone apps for the first time
00:45people who want to be involved in the race casual bettors let me throw some money on this and usually
00:50if it's attracting a lot of casual bettors it's not a lot of smart bettors so uh fan duels invested
00:55heavily here they own tvg which they rebranded to fan build tv just a few years ago they have
01:02their standalone racing app and draft kings also has their dk horse app so not only is this a big
01:07opportunity for them to take a lot of money it's a lot of opportunity for them to attract people
01:11to these new apps and then cross sell them to other platforms i gaming sports betting whatever you
01:16want to talk about um so it's only two minutes but it's a big big kind of quick uh event for sports
01:21books and unique to kind of you know some of these other big betting events we've talked about so
