01:39There are 8 categories.
01:41The first is Fukara, a poor person, who has a saving of less than the nisab level, less than 85 grams of gold.
01:51Number 2, is Masakin, a needy person.
01:57Number 3, is Amilun, a person who collects the zakat, you can give a salary from that.
02:03Number 4, is Muallak Futu Al-Qulub, those whose hearts are coming towards Islam.
02:08Use zakat money, if you know a person who will accept Islam, if you influence him, you can use it.
02:14The category is Muallak Futu Al-Qulub, those whose hearts are coming to Islam.
02:18Number 5, Gharimun, a person who is a debtor.
02:21Number 6, Raqab, freeing of slaves.

02:31And 10th is Ibn Sabeel, a wayfarer, a traveler.
02:35These are the 8 categories mentioned in the Quran, to whom you can give zakat.
02:40The 4th pillar of Islam, mentioned in the last and final revelation from Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala,
02:45it is Psalm, that is fasting.
02:48Every adult Muslim, who is healthy, he should fast in the month of Salah, and who is not traveling,
02:57fast in the month of Ramadan, from dawn till sunset.
03:03He should abstain from food, drink and sex, from dawn till the sunset.
03:10And Allah says in the Quran, in Surah Baqarah chapter 2, verse 183,
03:14that Ramadan was, that fasting has been prescribed to you,
03:18as it was prescribed to people who came before you,
03:22so that you may learn self-restraint.
03:24The main reason of fasting is, to increase your taqwa, to increase your God consciousness, to increase your piety.
03:33Today the psychologists, they tell us, that if you can control your hunger, you can control almost all your desires.
03:39So we are being trained, I call fasting, I call Ramadan, as the annual overhauling.

03:55So Ramadan is one month servicing every year, you know, to let the machine come to the top level.
