00:00all right it is the second date update and we just talked to michelle sounds like her and doug uh

00:05really had a couple of good dates yeah they met casually at world to be her first and then then

00:10they had a proper date she said everything went great uh but obviously you know like all the time

00:16like she's not getting the call back after this date and she doesn't understand why and you know

00:21you'll always ask you know hey there has to be something right i know you gotta know she sounds

00:25like a smart girl yeah and she said there's nothing okay so well we have um got doug on the

00:31phone and so let's bring him on right now and we'll see if he can uh kind of explain to us why

00:36he's not getting back to michelle doug you there yeah hey good morning thanks so much for taking

00:42some time out this morning i know kevin said you got to get to work here in a little bit but

00:45this won't take very long um we wanted to talk to you about uh the date you went on with michelle

00:50sounds like you guys were getting along really well i mean you've kind of been out with her two

00:54times and you haven't really gotten back to her so what happened what's going on well yeah well

01:01look i'll just tell you like michelle's a nice girl but she wears those she wears those big

01:08giant eyelashes like they're just like you know what i mean like just like out of control big

01:15eyelashes and i just like i can't i just can't deal with that all right they're like totally

01:23fake well yeah they're fake yeah i mean everybody knows that women wear fake eyelashes but did she

01:28have like some that are like a little out of control like some of them are some of them are

01:32kind of not so bad but then some of them you can see are pretty bad no these are like i don't know

01:38how she can even keep her face like held up they're so big okay well okay i mean i get it yeah

01:44sometimes they're a little obnoxious what um did did she have them on the first time y'all met

01:49no no not at all she's actually was hardly wearing any makeup she's a beautiful person

01:54uh she's a beautiful girl but the second time she just i don't know what like a completely different

02:00look all right well i mean did you talk to her about the lashes why she put them on and for the

02:06second date no but it was just such like it was just such a turn off like i just i don't know why

02:14women wear those i don't understand what you know what motivates them to do that i find like

02:21a natural looking woman is far more beautiful than it's just it's just so much and it it just

02:29doesn't look right okay well i mean i know it does change a woman's looks but uh i mean that's

02:36easily fixable i mean sure maybe well here's the deal uh you're in luck because we've actually got

02:43michelle on the other line she was one who got a hold of us and wanted to see why you weren't calling

02:48her back so i think we can fix this easy let's bring michelle back on michelle what's your thoughts

02:54on on the eyelashes obviously doug's not a fan i'm shocked like i don't understand why someone would

03:02not date someone because of lashes like um i don't know i just think they're pretty and i wear

03:09them so ridiculous they look do you not see how just like how ridiculous they look haven't you seen

03:16like magazines and people no i i don't understand that like some women wear them but i had i've never

03:25understood why i mean they're just so it's like out of control why would you want why would you want to

03:31do that it's just i'm sorry i'm sorry i'm not trying to be mean but they look dumb and i i'm just

03:37i can't i think they look pretty i like the way they look they're like out of control like like some

03:45creature crawling out of your like head like no i don't know i don't know what you see in them but

03:51it's definitely not it's too much for me i don't need you to be all of that it's like it's distracting

03:57honestly like i i mean you're a great person to talk to but i the whole time to be honest like i

04:02was just like couldn't take my eyes off your your eyelashes so it's kind of like you're staring into

04:10her eyes but you're actually staring into her eyelashes i've seen her actual eyes and they

04:15are beautiful i don't know why she feels compelled to you know attach all that hardware to them

04:22so michelle obviously you didn't have them you didn't have these on on your first date why why

04:28did you put the lashes on because it was a dinner date and i wanted to dress up and look pretty okay

04:32so are these permanent fake eyelashes or are these just the no i got the permanent ones oh okay so

04:40these are going to be on for quite a while then yeah doug um so i mean i mean it's i mean come on and

04:47they're eyelashes for goodness sakes i mean you liked her you guys got along you can't look past

04:52the eyelashes literally can she look past the eyelashes i'm sorry like i'm really not trying

04:57to be be mean but it's i'm just it's not something that i think looks good or makes anything there's

05:04something to be said about like a natural beauty and i just i do not get it and for me it's just it's

05:12not something it's not appealing i i don't like it okay uh so michelle any chance have you taken

05:20off the lashes so that you can continue um hanging out with doug no i like i like i like the way i

05:27look really can't believe you're choosing lashes over a guy but doug you don't want to go out with

05:32her if she's going to keep wearing those lashes uh again i'm sorry it's just not for me okay i i

05:38understand all right well michelle i'm sorry um that we couldn't you know make this work uh doug

05:44just prefers you without all that stuff on your face and you know that's just sometimes guys just

06:20something that you've done on the second date take off the eyelashes yeah that's right i mean you're

06:26really gonna pick lashes over having a great guy i don't know but was he a great guy he may not
