00:00Welcome aboard here folks to Fox Sports on the Road. I'm your host Michael Cohen. Well
00:03as a lot of people know right now with the ice hockey the New York Rangers are in the midst of
00:08their playoff run as they're trying to get to the Stanley Cup Finals but in this area in New Jersey
00:13a team has already won a title and that is the New Jersey Titans a tier two junior ice hockey team
00:19of the North American Hockey League. They advanced for the first time ever to the Robertson Cup
00:24final and won three to nothing over the Anchorage Wolverines back on May 24th. Joining us today to
00:30talk about that is their head coach and their general manager Craig Doremus. Craig how are you
00:35doing? Welcome to the program. I'm doing well thanks again for having me I appreciate it.
00:40Craig let's start off talking about your thoughts you know you're two weeks removed from winning
00:44this winning the title NAHL title. How have you been able to soak it all in since winning it?
00:50It's funny I've been asked that many a times and I think it's it's unique the way our league works
00:55it's very similar to the National Hockey League where the teams that play the longest
00:59have to almost take a step back work on a little bit of offseason work first
01:05and then maybe reflect. So what I'm getting to for us is as we sit here and talk this Wednesday on
01:11Friday we actually have our first tryout camp coming up for next season and then next Wednesday is
01:16the entry draft for our league which is a big part of our roster construction as well. So for me it
01:22kind of went from winning enjoying it for a little bit and then the focus really shifted right away
01:27towards preparing next for next season. I wanted to make sure we weren't late obviously winning it
01:33once is great winning it twice is real nice. So for us it was about shifting right away towards that
01:39towards the camp this upcoming weekend the draft next week and then what I really want to do after that
01:44is be able to sit back and reflect and enjoy kind of what we just went through together
01:49and reflect on you know how good it was and the stories that went into it and then obviously start
01:55doing some coachable moments within my own staff about what do we do well and what can we improve on
02:00moving forward. So it's a very intense process I mean obviously I mean you're beginning almost right
02:05away as soon as the season ends the next the plans for next season begin almost immediately.
02:09Yeah correct it's it's non-stop and I'm lucky enough to work with I believe is the best staff
02:16in hockey. The guys work tirelessly in terms of making sure our program is always at the forefront
02:22of excellence. I think our standards have been as raised significantly internally for us and that
02:27makes us better as a program looking from the outside in and the work ethic is tireless. These guys
02:33just put in so many hours to not only get us where we we are now but I think to raise our program to
02:40a standard that we you know we want it to be consistently year after year. So it's it's non-stop
02:46and and I'm surrounded by great people who have a lot of passion for what they do and are really
02:50gifted at what they do. Before we talk about the players and again so it comes down to the players
02:54and how they execute and they were tremendous this year. You mentioned your staff your coaching staff
02:59can you talk more about how what kind of work they put together to to get these guys through
03:04weekly practices daily practices making sure that they were on time for meetings everything that had
03:09to be done on the day on a daily and weekly basis. Yeah I think it's funny you mention that like as I've
03:14gone through some of these interviews people often ask about like what's it feel like and I think the
03:19biggest thing I've taken from a lifelong sports fan is you watch other teams in sports when championships
03:23you listen to post-game interviews and then it takes in like the biggest thing that stands out to me is it
03:28takes a village. You know like to make this happen and to win a championship at any level in any sport
03:35it's not just about a single person a single coach like and for us we're run like an NHL organization
03:40we have athletic trainers who are unbelievable people our equipment manager and equipment staff
03:47we have like you mentioned the coaches we have a strength and conditioning staff and we have a strength
03:52and conditioning facility within our own gym that I think helps separate us from our opponents
03:57and then quite frankly other competitors that we have these people have been excellent at what they
04:02do and what I've enjoyed is working with them for many years is there's always a time after the year
04:07where we sit back and say what have we done really well and we want to continue to improve on and what
04:11have what do we have to get better at in order to take the next step as an organization and I think
04:16everyone's been able to do that the lack of ego has allowed everyone to work collaboratively and
04:22collectively towards a common goal and and that's been some of the most fulfilling things here over
04:27the past two weeks or so since the championship has just been seeing everyone enjoy being part of
04:33the process and that's something I wanted to make sure was was apparent to anyone who was involved
04:38obviously when you win your flown blows up and you get so many congratulations or well wishes
04:42and what I just kept reiterating to everyone and it wasn't a blank this is for everyone this is for
04:50everyone who's worked with our program who's had their hands on our program been involved and supported
04:54us from former players to former staff thing and obviously all the current personnel that we have
04:59there just having them be part of this success story and kind of success posse and helping us get to
05:06this point here is has been the most fulfilling for me as the head coach and general manager
05:10absolutely you know all teams have unique stories and you touched on a lot of it and I think from
05:16the standpoint of players you know the got the players that you especially were able to require
05:20over the course of the season and really kind of change from where you were at the beginning of
05:24the year in July and then of course in September when you were really getting into camp to where you
05:30were at the end of the season you know making a couple of big trades you bring in Andrew Takas who
05:34was your goalie on a big trade with uh North Iowa you then make another deal with North Iowa
05:39uh you bring in Chris Carroll and Ryan Coughlin and all these guys all of them even bringing back
05:46Anthony California was a veteran all of them played a huge role uh towards in the playoffs in the post
05:50season yeah it's it's funny how it works out um when we had gotten done with the month of September
05:56we sat as a staff and we were not happy or pleased with the product that we had on the ice um across all
06:02zones like you know everyone was to blame let's put it that way I think that's probably the best way to put
06:08it we knew we had to improve um you know we we were able to go out and acquire Andrew um with a deal
06:14shortly thereafter right after the Blaine showcase in September he came in met the team in Johnstown
06:19um and really stabilized that part of the ice for us it was a calming influence a veteran player who
06:27is extremely driven and motivated um to not only win but to advance his own hockey career and I think
06:34you know I remember after his first start with us in Jamestown we won the game and I turned to the
06:39coaches I said now we can win I just felt he was going to give us a chance day in and day out I felt
06:45he would be such a great mentor for our young goaltender Ben Charette that it was kind of the perfect
06:51potion there um you know as time went on we started to play much better hockey after we got Andrew um you
06:57know there was an opportunity for us to to trade and and acquire Chris Carroll and Ryan Coughlin two players I was
07:03very familiar with um from their times in both youth and minor hockey to throughout their junior
07:08hockey careers both had been extremely successful what I really liked is that they were both leaders
07:12uh in North Iowa and world letters I thought that was going to be an important part of the formula in
07:17terms of not only integrating them into a winning locker room and culture at that point um
07:23but more so about helping us take that next step even and going to chase down an Eastern division
07:29title in a Robertson cup um so those guys came in and fit in seamlessly from day one they had some
07:34prior relationships with the players which I think made the transition easier um but I also think they
07:39were both unsure they were coming from from North Iowa where they were obviously big parts of an
07:44organization there to come into the East Coast and um I think they were unsure about the trade and
07:49obviously it ended up paying off in spades for all parties involved um and then you know we go and
07:54acquire Billy Fetzko uh from Shreveport at the trade deadline in February and Billy's a player who I
08:00had uh admired from far from afar uh since early last year and I watched him go through a Robertson
08:06Cup championship um pursual last year with with Shreveport and I thought he was such an integral part
08:11of their winning um and what he did on and off the ice and then he came in here and uh you know I I
08:17think it couldn't have worked out more perfectly obviously he played his best hockey in the playoffs we
08:21joked on him we were going to get playoff Billy t-shirts made um because he just turned his game
08:25up a level and it's not necessarily just the goals and assists which I think everyone could see it was
08:30more about the little detail plays um the managing of pucks in situations as well as that experience of
08:37having won a title and what it takes to get there as opposed to you know not giving up when times are
08:42hard or maybe just taking the easy way out so um you know I think all those guys you had mentioned
08:47Nick Callie comes back to us early in the year David Posba comes back to us early in the year
08:51um and I think you know as it it's funny in the year with 26 guys and Silas Soberting was on the
08:58injured reserve but even him and the other 25 active players all played really unique big roles um in
09:04making this happen and that's something I wanted to stress to all them because unfortunately the rules
09:08dictate you can't have all all those guys on the ice at a given time um but I thought it typified our team
09:14when we got the cup on the ice after the game or we were celebrating I mean on the ice after the
09:20game I turned to my right and I happened to see all those guys who weren't in the lineup that day
09:23coming onto the ice in their full uniform and to me that's exactly what our team was about I've
09:28watched many a team win this and the guys who aren't in the lineup get on the ice they're in their
09:31suits and their ties and they're celebrating for sure um but they just feel a little bit different
09:35whereas with us those guys had the wherewithal and the professionalism to go get their gear on
09:40um and get on the ice there and I know our owner had given them a nudge to make sure they were on
09:45the ice and they were concerned they said well Craig's getting mad if we don't video the game
09:48and he said don't worry about the last three minutes video Craig's never going to watch this
09:51I was happy he nudged them um I was happy I was more happy to see them on the ice and I think it
09:57typified exactly what our organization's about it's about everyone it really is and you know you guys had a
10:03number of a couple of big overtime games that's just in the playoffs uh can you just talk about because
10:09you know you guys had your backs to the wall a couple of times uh against the ice wolves as well
10:13especially the ice wolves let's talk about that just going before even getting to a championship game
10:17I don't know if you could win if you don't go through that stuff yeah um you know you look at
10:22it now and and you know obviously everyone watched the NHL and the Colorado Avalanche are just having an
10:26amazing Stanley Cup run right now and you could argue maybe they haven't been challenged but for most
10:31teams as you get to that championship destination you have to be challenged and you have to be able to
10:36deal with that adversity um and you grow from it I think I don't a lot of people will say oh you got
10:42a lot of lucky bounces look I don't think it was luck I really don't I think it was a lot of conviction
10:48I know the guys will bust my shoes it was a lot of stick-to-itiveness um they believed there wasn't a
10:54lot of panic when we were down I mean that like we never once were hitting the panic button and
11:00scrambling like it was just about stay focused on the task at hand continue to play how we play
11:04and good things will happen eventually um you know and we just believed in ourselves that much
11:09we thought we were that good we didn't think we were ever out of it and there was you know
11:13I look back to the northeast series around one we were down three goals yeah it wasn't panic it was
11:18just right let's don't worry about the past three let's just focus on the next one and then we'll go
11:22from there um and I think we were better for it like I don't know obviously if we don't go through
11:26those challenges in round one and round two we probably face adversity versus New Mexico and crumble but
11:31I think because we had success coming from those situations there wasn't panic it was just like
11:36hey I said to my coach I won't this is what we do this is just what we do and uh it worked out
11:41perfectly I think that adversity is so important and I'm just bigger and like I know I'm labeled a
11:47hockey coach I think when you grab that title as coach there's so much more to coach and then just
11:53the on ice talent and ability or whatever your sport may be um I believe in cultivating young men
11:59like more often these guys are going to go and support their families not in the sport of hockey
12:05on the ice it's going to be something else professionally and I want to make sure that we
12:09help set positive steps for them and direction for them in terms of being successful in life and being
12:14good men and good leaders and husbands and fathers um and I think that's all part of it right because
12:19life's not all perfect and it's not always clean and easy there's going to be bumps and challenges
12:24and you're going to be defined mostly as a person with how you deal with those obstacles
12:28um so I think hockey is a great vehicle and platform for that but I also want to make sure
12:32that um our coaching stand-up has positive influences on them in terms of that and how
12:37to deal with things when they're going great and then also how to deal with things when they're not
12:41going your way now for you you've been involved in hockey for over 30 years uh you've been with
12:46the Rangers for a short period of time uh you've been of course in different levels of of hockey and
12:52expand a little bit about yourself but also here with the Titans you know how did this opportunity
12:55come for you uh you know before the 2015-16 season and you've been able to build this team
13:01uh with the New Jersey Titans here you are with the championship just can you talk about that a little
13:05bit yeah you know I think the first thing it's not it's not me building it it's it's been a collection
13:10of of dedicated passionate individuals who have a lot of knowledge a lot of care a lot of conviction
13:17about who we are and how we do things um you know my hockey path is very very unconventional
13:23um I didn't play ice hockey everyone looks at me and they laugh I played high school ice hockey
13:29um just growing up for me it was a different circumstance in terms of our family dynamic
13:33where that was going to be part um of my athletic plan um we're a blue collar I'm better for it I
13:39would tell you that I've been I love the sport and I've always loved it so it really didn't matter to
13:43me where I played um you know coming out of college like you mentioned I started I started
13:48coaching right when I got into college I knew my career as a player was going to be short-sighted
13:53um so I wanted to stick with the sport and I was able to coach a little bit I was fortunate enough
13:56that uh one of my greatest mentors in hockey um was was working for the New York Rangers front
14:02office and still is right now and he got me a position with the New York Rangers I started as
14:06an intern and then was lucky enough to come on board full-time there um and work with the team for
14:11for many years and it was a great experience for me in terms of I was a Ranger fan so that was pretty
14:15cool um and then getting to learn the inner workings of an organization both from a front office
14:20standpoint and a hockey operations standpoint uh and it motivated me throughout because you always
14:24you have that pipe dream of maybe you get back there one day and wear a different hat um but
14:29it's something I've always tried to take experiences and practices from there um both positive and
14:34negative um and use that in my own coaching career uh coached uh with the Metro Moose after leaving
14:40Christen High School and uh you know the Metro Moose the the kids I had there are some of the best
14:45people I've ever coached and they're winners um you know we won a lot of games and they're great
14:49people and to see them now as as great fathers and um husbands and see what they're doing in life
14:55and every different walk of life has been so fulfilling one of them actually lives down in
14:58Middletown right now and he's a very successful attorney who has a beautifully owned family so
15:03that's been great and was lucky enough to go back into hockey full-time with the New York
15:07Bobcats and Long Island Gulls and get into a big project on Long Island unfortunately it didn't end
15:11out the way we would have all hoped but it was a great experience for us and I think we made a
15:15positive impact on a lot of lives in our short time there um and I stayed in touch with many of those
15:19kids today and you know that that leads me to the Titans I you know the Bobcats were forced under some
15:25not so fortunate circumstances to kind of be left without a league a team and and a home and that left
15:32me and my my associate head coach Bobby DiRico kind of looking and there was an opportunity that came
15:36about with the New Jersey Titans uh through a very close family friend uh Joe Malafrante and
15:41and Joe was able to recommend us to to George Haplin who's the owner of the team and remains so
15:46today um George and I had known each other for many years prior to that coaching against each other
15:50being administrators of programs and you know George took a huge chance on Bobby and I and kind
15:56of gave us the keys to the ship when I think a lot of people told him he was wrong or crazy for doing
16:02so because about lack of playing experience and up to that point coaching experience um you know and here we
16:08are six years later George started the Eastern Division in the North American Hockey League and
16:13was able to to kind of get the league to branch out here on a leap of faith um and I think it's apropos
16:18that he was the first owner from an Eastern Division team to hoist the cup um just six short years later
16:26and had COVID not happened it might have been a lot sooner um you know George George has put a lot
16:33into the program him and his family have been the owners um and the hierarchy of the program for many
16:38years now both at the youth and junior level um he's put a lot of faith into Bobby and I and um we've
16:44been able to add some great staff around us and and really support and raise up the level um the new
16:50ownership group with Jimmy Solovey and his partners has has helped us tremendously and taken out building
16:55and our organization to different strides um and it's you know I think George's vision and and kind of
17:00goals for the Titans is coming true uh day to day right now and it's so great to be a part of it um
17:06you know I think our facility separates us yeah in terms of what we can offer and I think the people
17:11who are involved in our program in every type of matter um are truly the the definition of what it
17:17takes to get to a championship level you mentioned before we begin the interview about the facility
17:22can you talk a little more about that as well yeah I think I think you know it's funny we wrapped
17:26up exit meetings with the players and part of that is what do we do well what do we need to do better
17:30what could we and and you know every player almost to a person that commented about how much they not
17:36only enjoyed but they felt they benefited from the work of the sports performance lab and our facility
17:40um you know Andrew Watkins who's our head trainer and his team have done a great job of preparing
17:47out players um for every situation and I think you know what I've enjoyed the most is Andrew's been
17:53there for years and I think that part of the program the facility has improved every year as well
17:56to get to the point it is now where you have NHL and division one players training there day to day
18:01in the offseason um but also to see our players like I we've had conversations year in and year out
18:06when we wrap up we always meet with the staff and have that kind of same reflection meeting and Andrew
18:10and I for years Bobby and I were like we got to get bigger we got to get stronger we our kids look tired
18:15so Andrew was constantly pushing in the plan and developing better plans and we want to find the
18:20perfect formula now you sit here as the year goes on we have less injuries than ever before
18:25our our maintenance of weight is the best it's ever been um the strength of our players was
18:31skyrocketing through the roof um their their hand-eye coordination and their brain training scores were
18:37constantly elevating um and then as you go through you mentioned the overtime victories so many people
18:43have complimented us on you guys didn't look tired you were still quote-unquote making plays in
18:48overtime and I think a lot of that could be attributed to the work they did all year both on
18:53the ice for sure but more off the ice in terms of their stranded conditioning work Monday through
18:58Thursday the mental work that Andrew and his team put them through as well with their talks and their
19:02stretching and their mental preparation and meditating um I think that's all part of it like we
19:07I felt I never once felt like if this game doesn't end now we're in trouble I felt those games could
19:12have gone on forever and we would have had the upper hand um and I think a lot of it is the way
19:17we coached and kind of changed our practice plans this year to push a little bit more but I also
19:22think it's the way Andrew and his team push the players in in the gym day to day and then obviously
19:28with the injuries and stuff like that how are they were able to minimize that and get the players back
19:32on the ice quickly um and our trainers like I told everyone you know we went through that marathon
19:38in Jamestown and and Shannon Smith who was our athletic trainer that they did such a great job of
19:43keeping the guys properly hydrated properly fed stretching them out keeping them mentally strong
19:49maybe when they thought they were tired she was telling them they weren't um she went above and
19:54beyond and then she repeated it for us and in Minnesota on the road with us um and her and
19:59Joe Abruzzo did a great job of keeping our players sharp and steady and you know it's funny everyone talks
20:05about ability I heard a quote a long time ago that the best ability you could have is availability
20:08and I think our players um in terms of missing games this year their availability was through
20:14the roof and I think that allowed us to use the length and strength of our roster and come out on
20:18top more often than not so um I think that's part of it you know the the strength conditioning lab that
20:23we have is just it's an amazing place um you know you combined it with we own our own rinks
20:28so our players are on the ice so much they have so much access to that and they have access to the
20:33uh thermodynamics rehab center downstairs um so I just think in terms of like what we've always
20:38wanted George and I we've always talked about like just having the premier spot to play and develop
20:43and grow and I think we have it now and I think anyone who's been fortunate enough to be there sees
20:47it um now it's about getting that out to the public more so they see it um but it's it's unbelievable
20:52like there's times where I come to work and I'm like I can't I can't believe this is where I work
20:57every day because we have every amenity available to serious hockey players it's it's unbelievable it's
21:03it's probably the envy of some pro and college programs as well in terms of that um and I think
21:09I just think it's a special place I really do I can't say enough good things about
21:13the program the people involved with it the facility everything part of it is is pretty spectacular
21:18so does does that give you at least maybe for in your mind or maybe from what you've seen so far
21:24um does that give a lot of the players an opportunity to jump further in their career
21:29let's say the NHL or what have you I think it does I think you know like anything else it probably
21:35comes down to the players willingness and desire to invest in their own personal careers right you
21:41could have every fancy tool or this but if you don't use it you walk by it every day does it really
21:46matter um what we've always said is we want to provide that platform for the players internally to get
21:51there and then obviously have those different amenities to attract the players to come into
21:56our facility and be part of our program moving forward like you know when I you mentioned my New
22:01York Ranger experience before what I was always enamored with is was back then we always attracted
22:05the top free agents and I think a lot of it had to do with the salary and the allure of New York
22:10City but I also think it was how we treated the players there um the training center was unbelievable and
22:15every need for them was catered to they were really taken care of where their focus was just about
22:20playing hockey to the best of their ability um and with us I think we've tried to take that similar
22:25approach take away as many distractions as we can let them focus for us it's performance but it's
22:30also development in junior and youth hockey right let them focus as much on improving getting better
22:35getting to whatever their destination may be and then making sure we do everything we can to support
22:40them on the ice and then all the other ancillary benefits that come along with being a Titan as well
22:45and I think we've done a really good job I think like anything else it's going to be
22:49something that you're going to see we continue to do better and better we're never going to be
22:52satisfied with where we are um and I think we realize that so we're going to continue to push
22:56that envelope but obviously this is a big step for us in terms of winning a championship having
23:01a big fancy cup and and some banners here and then obviously you know you have the players you
23:06have their stories right those those are always your biggest recruiters and and they're going to be
23:09able to tell their stories of success and fun and how great the program was to many future
23:14generation hockey players who are younger and younger than them let's go back to the championship
23:18game against Anchorage uh just for a little bit you know you guys are scoreless going to the second
23:22period what is you know what's the bench like for you what have you noticed as a coach what was
23:28like during intermission and all of a sudden second period as is the case sometimes in hockey as you
23:32know um sometimes things just come in bunches and all of a sudden you get a couple of big goals
23:36uh Brandon Dumas as well as Nick Rink uh scoring or scoring in that second period for you
23:42really got things rolling offensively yeah I'll be honest there was a ton of conviction there was
23:46throughout the whole process as we as we won the Mexico series preparation went into Anchorage um
23:53the pre-scout work done by by the assistant coaches college peer and Bobby Dorico was
23:57as professional and sound as I've ever seen I think I joked with them I think they watched nine hours of
24:02Anchorage um on the day off and their pre-scout game plan um that they presented to the team on the
24:08off day was excellent it was it was NHL like we went over details in all three zones we went over
24:13details at five on five PKPP um and I think they gave the guys um a ton of great information while
24:20not oversaturating them and really remain focused on what we want to do which probably led to so much
24:26confidence and conviction from from the players but me as well like I never thought that game was in
24:31doubt I don't mean that disrespectfully I thought Mike and his team did a great job all year and I think
24:37they had a brilliant hockey team um I just had so much belief and trust in our players at that point
24:41I thought we were battle tested I thought we had a lot of players and coaches who had a huge chip on
24:46their shoulder and I thought there was a little bit of a refuse to lose mentality um as period one
24:51evolved I thought we were playing our game we dominated the shot clock we really minimized their
24:56odd man rushes against which I thought they had done a spectacular job of up to that point they had
25:00been so opportunistic in in the playoffs um Andrew made Andrew Takis made a huge save with about 15
25:07seconds ago in the first period on their leading goal scorer on a two-on-one um and obviously you
25:12don't know how that happens but I thought it was so poetic for Andrew to make a big save and then we
25:16take over um and then I thought as the second period went on obviously like you mentioned we find the
25:20back of the net um I thought then we really began to lean and we could use the length and strength of
25:26our lineup on them play the way we wanted to play I thought our discipline without f3 throughout the
25:33game was as pro-like as I had seen to that point and then um like a lot of people had mentioned our
25:38willingness of all of our players up and down the roster to lay out and block shots was tremendous
25:43Andrew mentioned it in his post-game interview um you just saw we were not we were not going to lose
25:49at that point like it just it wasn't an option and we were going to do whatever it took and
25:52obviously for the little guys that was just a culmination of a lot of hard work and a lot of
25:56meetings going into that second and third period where we had played as good as we did all year
26:01quite frankly absolutely it was a hell of a culmination to an incredible season really was
26:06um I guess my last question for you is what's next for you guys as we come towards uh beginning of
26:13next season uh I think for us it's we're excited like obviously uh as you go through in the typical
26:18junior season certain players are going to are going to move on to uh college hockey and whatnot
26:24and other levels um but we bring back such a strong core I mean this is as impressive as a returning
26:30core as we've had in my seven years there six years there part of me um and I think the players we've
26:35secured in the tender process and as as we approach the draft here um it's it's an exciting time to be a
26:41tight end um you know we just chatted yesterday even with the owners just about where we stand in
26:45terms of um looking forward and I think every coach there is as much as we want to reflect and enjoy what
26:52we just did we're also excited to get back to work here because um we want to run it back like we
26:58believe in the talent we have and we think this only makes us stronger in terms of the recruiting
27:02process um so I think for us the important thing for me right now and I stress this to the players and
27:07I'll be stressing it to the staff um is I want to make sure that we all take time after the draft
27:12to kind of take a step back appreciate what we've done right I think it's important that you miss the
27:18game a little bit and get away and reset because if you look it's a I think that's why what the
27:23lighting has done is so impressive they've gone back to back and it's such a hard grind I think you
27:26need to step away a little bit spend some time with with your family your wife your kids um and get

27:36exciting off season for us our our associate head coach Bobby Dorico is actually uh having his
27:41first baby this afternoon so him and his wife have uh worked long and hard to get there so it's an
27:46exciting day for us and that'll be a great part of the off season for us seeing the baby in the cup
27:50and all those fun pictures that we'll have with that but uh you know it's just it's right back to work
27:55reflect rewind a little bit and uh and obviously just reset here and like we've joked about in the
28:00office like we're not rebuilding here we're just going to reload and get right back to work
