00:18ang isang Requiem Mass para kay Pope Francis sa Manila Cathedral.

00:22Kasama rin dumalo sa misa si na Apostolic Muncho to the Philippines

00:30at Rector ng Manila Cathedral na si Monsignor Rolando de la Cruz.

00:34Sa pagsisimula ng misa ay nagsindi ito ng kandila at nanalangin bilang pag-alala sa Santo Papa.

00:41Sa kanya namang humiliya, binalikan nito ang naging pag-bisita ng Santo Papa sa bansa noong 2015

00:47at ang pagkakatalaga sa kanya bilang arsobispo noong 2021.

00:51Pope Francis showed us what it means to suffer with others

00:58and find hope in the midst of pain.

01:04In Luneta, as he celebrated the Holy Eucharist with millions,

01:11he embraced our joy, our faith, and our longing

01:18for a Church that walks with its people.

01:23His presence, prayers, and preaching

01:28have confirmed us in faith,

01:33enlivened our hope,

01:35and animated us to charity.

01:38And indeed,

01:41we fondly recall

01:43his special love for Filipinos

01:46all over the world.

02:06for the Philippines

02:08not only through words

02:11but through actions.

02:15He appointed

02:16many of our shepherds,

02:20including three cardinals

02:22and many bishops

02:24who share his heart for service,

02:29simplicity,

02:30and dialogue.

02:32And as we celebrated

02:34500 years of Christianity

02:38in our land,

02:39the Holy Father

02:42was with us,

02:44thanking God

02:45with us

02:46for the gift

02:47of faith

02:48and encouraging us

02:51to continue sharing it

02:54with the world.

02:57May we always be

02:58as He called us

03:01smugglers

03:02of the faith,

03:05carrying the light

03:06of Christ

03:07to every corner

03:09of the earth.
