Heavy rain causes flash floods in Penang

Heavy rainfall from midnight until early morning on Monday (April 21) triggered flash floods across a few areas in Penang.

Affected locations included Penanti and Tanah Liat in Central Seberang Perai and Sungai Dua in North Seberang Perai.
