00:08disrupting traffic and leaving roads impassable in some areas.

00:14Kuala Lumpur City Hall's Command and Control Centre, KLCCC, reported water accumulation along Jalan Luk U,

00:22Jalan Changkat Tambi Dola and Jalan U.

00:25The Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department also received a report of flash floods on Jalan Raja Chulan.

00:33Social media users shared images and videos of other affected locations,

00:37including Desa Pandan, Taman Desa and Cherraz, highlighting widespread disruptions across the city.
