00:31Columbia pays about $8 million a year to lease doctor's offices inside 1290 Avenue of the Americas.

00:39The property's largest individual owner is Donald Trump, who holds 30% stake.

00:45Strip away the layers and the President personally receives an estimated $2.5 million of annual rent via the deal.
