00:00The film opens with Mek, wounded criminal, stumbling through dark alleyways,

00:13bleeding and hunted by police. Just as he collapses, a masked figure emerges from the

00:18shadows, offering salvation, on one condition, Mek must swear allegiance.

00:24Desperate and fading, Mek agrees. He screams in agony.

00:30When police arrive moments later, they find only blood on the wall.

00:34Elsewhere, a monk named Chan is haunted by terrifying visions.

00:39He believes these are omens of the return of his father, Wei, a feared necromancer.

00:45His master insists Wei is long dead, but Chan is unconvinced.

00:50Determined to prevent the evil's return, he embarks on a mission.

00:54Meanwhile, a family, Jake, his wife Prang, and their daughter Lu, arrives in Thailand for a long-overdue

01:01vacation. Jake, a police officer, has long prioritized work over family, straining their bond.

01:09Prang urges Jake to put family first. He promises to try. For a moment, peace returns. But it's

01:17short-lived. Lu vanishes. They find her on a bridge with a monk who cryptically tells Jake he was

01:23born in death under a blood moon, and is the gatekeeper. Jake brushes it off as nonsense.

01:30Later, while shopping for Lu's grandmother's gift, Mek appears in the mall, now twisted, smiling eerily.

01:38Chaos erupts. Jake hides his family and goes to help others.

01:42He finds a gun and confronts Mek, who creepily references Lu.

01:48Gunfire erupts. Jake tries to shield a girl, but she dies.
